This post is all about my introduction into veganism. It talks about what inspired me to make the change and the benefits that I have already felt both physically and mentally. Hopefully this will encourage others to take that first step and realise that it’s all a process. Being vegan is a journey not a destination.

I love travelling but I also love coming home. Does anybody else feel that sense of joy at returning home?
Summer is in the air! And with this feeling of optimism comes change. There is no better time to try a plant-based life especially when we have more choices in the supermarket than ever before!
Now that we are finally out of lockdown #3 it’s a good time to reflect on the past year and ask ourselves what we’re grateful for. Finding gratitude can be challenging during hard times but in doing so it can vastly improve the way you see the world.
