This post is all about my introduction into veganism. It talks about what inspired me to make the change and the benefits that I have already felt both physically and mentally. Hopefully this will encourage others to take that first step and realise that it’s all a process. Being vegan is a journey not a destination.

The season has changed, the nights are drawing in and this can be a challenging time of year for many. How do we make the most of what we have? Can we adapt and change with the seasons? Should we do as the Danish do?
Over the last couple of weeks I have discovered that I suffer from a guilt complex. Is it inherited? Is it ingrained into all women? How can we fight it?
